Trying something new (and cheap!) tonight, I came across Udon.

It was actually very nice for a thick noodle (I'm an angel hair kinda gal) and I believe I'm willing to try it in another way other than plain noodles with chicken broth. Yes, I liked it THAT much. And I'm full from just a little bit, which is a bonus -- it's not often that I find something that fills me up with just a small serving. Seaweed soup and udon -- the only two on the top of my head.
So, yeah. Time to finish the larger parts of my project so I can truck them to the studio -- it's a 90% chance of rain/freezing rain/sleet. Eep!
