I still feel horrible, but not as bad as I have been the last two days. I got an email from the book dealer I went through for The Scarlet Empress -- it should be here in the next few days (thinking around the 31st or so).

Its absolutely gorgeous outside. Lovely weather, yes. Too bad I can't spend the day at the farm, would love to work with Cinni today...

I found my house keys that I've been unable to find in the past two months... they were hiding in my (dead) car >>; oh well ^^; heh

Called work back. Talked to two of the managers.

Jay told me I sounded horrible (gee, thanks) and Julie told me she had called to see if I was okay -- it wasn't like me to go without answering the telephone if work called (or at least calling back when I got the message). Told her I planned on coming to work this afternoon and if anything changed, I'd let her know in ample time to find someone else to work.

I really don't want to go in, but -- like last time I called in sick (about two weeks ago) -- I still think my letting them down would make me feel more horrible than I already feel.

Yeah, lemme get the customers sick ;) Food service sucks.

EDIT: As I thought, Greensville County fucking High School was/is being an asshat. They never sent in my transcripts, as I signed for and requested in the begining of January.

Piss off the sick and horrible-feeling woman even more, why don't you?

Ugh. Every minute I'm awake, I start to feel worse. And I can't hear anything far away unless I'm trying really hard to do so. Telephone orders tonight (if I go into work) are going to be hell.

...breaking news on CBS. Fire on Broad Street, consuming at least one VCU building under construction -- five buildings caught fire, total.
