Wire to Whinny -- Blacksburg, VA, horse sculpting workshop.

I'd love to go, but I don't think I'll be able to >>;
stellie: (fear not DARKSIDE)
...I just heard two gun-shots.

Three.

WTF?
stellie: (nosehairs_WTF?)
*flails* ><;;;;;;

...

I didn't wake up until 11am. Fwee? I might as well just drop my bio class, now, and have done with it. I can't keep missing classes, I'm down to a C no matter how high my grades are just because I've missed that many classes .-. Same with art history, if she's even paying attention/taking roll.

And I couldn't care less about that one >>;;

No one really noticed that I didn't come into work until a little after 11 >>;; 'Cept Emily, but she's pretty laid back about this sort of thing (everyone is, really, but still) -- talked with her a while before settling down into the office for the time being.

...Emily is trying to persuade me to drop bio now and take the three-week summer course instead, with lab. Very tempting, to say the least. It'd mean that I wouldn't miss the 8am class every morning (the summer course is monday through friday, 11am until 1pm. That, I can handle. (...I just misspelled 'handle' so many times...))

Very tempting.

I could go back to sleep right now.

Well that was rather... unexpected.

I ran an errand for Stephanie and on the way back I stopped in the Commons for a quick on-the-go lunch. Who did I spy there?

Mrs. Underdew-Parrish, my middle school/high school principal :P

Very unexpected.

LUNCH! Rawr.

Your quiet efforts could lead to some rewards for you, and you just might be getting the respect and appreciation that you deserve. Even if partners have been a bit demanding lately, you can probably count on the support and approval of some influential people right now. And you could be laying the
groundwork for some successful financial dealings for yourself.

Bwahahaha. >3

...

I can't believe that. I was this close to getting into trouble because someone didn't think I was being polite to them on the telephone.

They called Bonnie (fiscal/QA) and told her that I was rude and I didn't answer the phone correctly, only saying 'Hello' as a greeting.

OBVIOUSLY I didn't. I've been in the work-force for little more than two years, proper, not to mention the fact that I've done the family businesses and gopher tasks since... well, for a very VERY long time.

What I said was 'VCU Biology~...' *long pause on both ends* '...hello?' Apparently she wasn't listening when I first answered the phone. Durr.

So she was trying to find someone to report me to for saying hello. The world is a crazy messed up place.

ANSWER! WOO!

I don't have to worry about dropping my bio class :3 Jill just came in (the prof) and said that attendance doesn't count as a grade, she's just saying it does so people will come to class and address their questions during that time. So much w00tage. You have no idea.

She announces when quizzes are, and when exams are, so all I really have to do is make those classes and I'm good to go :3

me: "I missed your 8am class..."
jill: *confused*
steph: "You're not supposed to tell her that!"
jill: "Its not like attendance is a grade, she's okay."
me: "It isn't?"
jill: "Nope~"

I was so shocked that I dropped my coloured pencil. And I can't find it anywhere -_-;

VH1's "I Married... Sammy Hagar" ALSO had 'Nature Boy' as a background sound.

OMG, it must be popular :P
