First off, I spent two hours today in the emergency room. No, no, not for myself; my brother got hurt at work and we rushed over there only to wait on a verdict. Nothing highly wrong -- they were trying to force water out of an old water heater that no longer worked and, whoops, he got sprayed with freak highly pressurized water-spray... stuff.

And it looked horrible ><;;

But he's got it bandaged and mum's taking him to the doctor's office later tomorrow afternoon (apparently it's open tomorrow? on president's day? I dunno, they told us to get him to our family doc tomorrow, so I guess so) -- which means I'm going back to Richmond fairly early. We're leaving here around 11am.

Tired, still, but I'm working on a horse sculpture (yes, yes, still working on it).

No pictures of it to give and there won't be for a good while yet.

I'm going to be going to the horse symposium in Amelia the 19th of March (which is during the last leg of Spring Break) so that's something to look forward to...

...yeah, there will be much ranting in the horse journal soon. Much.

1) Last night of colour theory. a) I forgot my pile of papers with my coloured pencil horses (not to mention other things that I need), b) I have everything else, so I turn the sketchbook in, c) It was for a final grade, but we don't get to see a 'final grade' until it gets posted online. To top that off, it started to pour as soon as we got into the building, so we caught a ride with someone who was catching a ride with someone -_-;

2) The brother's hand, after all of those precautions last night with sterile basins, iodine baths, salves and a nice bandaging... it's infected.

3) For the hell of it, I'm adding into this the fact that my horse sculpture keeps cracking.

And

4) I haven't had dinner and I won't have any, either. Because I'm a dumbass and I'm not going out into the rain just to get my feet soaking wet. Only to munch on a cold sandwich, since it's after 7:30pm (they stop making things around then and put everything away by 8pm).
