
Nine tips for living longer:
1. Be happy.
2. Love. Nurture an intimate, sexual relationship.
3. Have a purpose in life. Stay occupied and involved.
4. Nurture high self-esteem. Feel good about yourself and see the inner beauty in those around you.
5. Nurture your faith and the capacity to forgive.
6. Learn to control stress.
7. Eat right, but don't diet. Being moderately overweight is not a major risk factor for disease.
8. Exercise--the more the better. Both aerobic and resistance training are important.
9. Get regular medical checkups. Become an educated consumer of health care.

I'll never be able to get number 6 down. And 9's never gonna happen. Funny how that works out, though -- I can't get Stella 6 down to a specific character and... Nine doesn't seem like she'll ever happen :P
One's hard to avoid because it's a principle thing but is hard to put a finger on.
Two's an old flame that I've been without for years and can't get back.
Three I can't get rid of.
Four comes and goes.
I enjoy having Five around but I can't stand acting it out some days.
Seven's like second nature.
Eight's the same as Seven, but only because of how I live. And it's fun to do be Eight :P Because, uh... it helps with Six but... not really, heh X)
