Aug. 4th, 2005 03:00 pmRed (bacon sow that wasn't supposed to get pregnant but did anyway -- she was too fat and still is, actually) had EIGHT piglets. Three white, one black, the rest red. Two boys, six girls.
Hopefully she won't squish them D:
My hog is sooooooo fat... when she sits down (on her teats, of course) she squirts out milk. No joke.
We're to be taking three one-weight pigs, five 50-80 pounders and three 10-20s to the Brink Fest for the 'Greased Pig' contest. It's going to be so funny, though -- in years past they've used concrete-floor raised pigs that have never set foot in mud a day in their lives. This year... they won't know what hit them -- our's are raised on the ground and love to run around in mud. Heee.
