I was just told by James Miller that -- if I wanted to -- I could change majors right here, right now. They want me in the Comm Arts department as an Illustration major.

"Someone fucked up and I'm going to blame it on you, Mr. Foster. You were the one reviewing portfolios last year and you dinnae let her in, you overlooked her."

I still think I want to move foward in sculpture, though.

"Oh, you're playing coy, now. We want you and you're going to sit there giving us all these excuses, eh? We'll be here when you realise next semester. It'll dawn on you 'What am I going to do with a sculpture degree, anyway?' and we'll be waiting."

Working on my MS&WF submission. Based on this but I'm changing it around a bit to suit my needs. Shorter snout, upturned ear. Garland of flowers around the neck to have it clean from the rest of the page and it'll stop there.

"You're mad, insane."
"Why, thank you!"
"I'm glad you took that as a compliment, that's the only way you get ahead in this field -- go all out."

Coming along nicely. Hopefully I'll have it finished by late tonight to drop into the mail for pick-up tomorrow.
