Bush was the one that put the draft-hat into the ring, to the best of my knowledge. It's all anyone talks about, you hear it on the corners of the streets here in Richmond -- between professors and college students... even construction workers.

Eh. Bush can go studder elsewhere :P Kerry can go somewhere else, too. I want real candidates, not these marshmallow-men!

But in regards to the draft issue (hopefully I've understood your perspective okay, if not... you can shoot me ^_~): Tonight, the only reason why Bush brought up the draft issue is because he was posed a question about it... the draft originators are actually members of Kerry's party who supposedly brought it up as a protest (a very dangerous protest if you ask me) and Bush's party is to be killing it.

Stupid thing shouldn't have ever been brought up: Don't people know not to cause further problems unnessicarily >< *sigh*

Yes, I know... but the site I have been watching that's been tracking the ellectoral voting area actually has Illinois as wavering on the weeker side of suporting Kerry. That gives me the impression that her people are pretty well divied and can push my state into a swing category. It also means that my vote may actually count.
