Anyone wanna write a short story for a children's fiction or non-fiction project? :d

I suck horribly at writing/condensing literature into bite-sized fragments for short attention span enjoyment.

There once was a lovely little lass of shepherdess, and she dressed in her finest dress.

She went out to tend her little sheep.

Only she'd dressed so fine, and the weather was so fair, that he jumped up upon her and-

oops! ... guess I can't do well with ratings =D

hehehehe, that's okay!

You know, children's picture books are usually 16-, 24-, 32- or 48-pages long and not every page has to have text on it.

I'd love to help, but...

I nearly failed my senior english class in high school because I can't write worth a CRAP. =~(

Any sort that I can illustrate for my class :x I'm stuck without a story or even a plot bunny. Next week we're supposed to be starting on the books and ...whee, I'm so totally not prepared to start anything without a story.

I could tell you the story I made up about how our kitten Strumpy lost her leg. >.> Then again it was made up at 3AM to keep my husband awake while driving, so it's actually pretty crappy. ;.;

Awwwww T-T

...but would it be suitable for children of all ages? *cocks head*

I do not know. It involves stumpy getting rolled by a train, carried by a dog, and then her chewing her own leg off to escape a skunk. :D

Yay stories! I enjoy stories. If no one else wants to, tell me. I'll write something. n_n
