Cheese eggs, sausage, grits. *nods* I have jellies in the fridge and honey sitting out. Best christmas before christmas ever :P I'm really earning the title of Mrs. Claus, here, even though I recieved it three years ago.

Fruit based cake with applesauce instead of eggs -- really moist and very good, sometimes doesn't look too appealing (because the applesauce usually doesn't cook all the way through for some reason, dunno -- a thirty minute cake can take an hour in the oven and still be mushy when it comes out!) but very, very, very good.

This one was a strawberry cake base with plain 'homestyle' applesauce -- I kinda cheated and used the little individual cups of the stuff. One cup of sauce per egg required.
