Ground Rules: The first player of this "game" starts with the topic "5 Guilty Pleasures" and people who get tagged need to write an LJ entry about their 5 Guilty Pleasures as well as state this rule. In the end, you need to choose the next 5 people to be tagged and list their names.

1: Anything sheep, particularly wool. I would go into major debt if I just willy-nilly started buying up lovely fleeces -- washed or unwashed -- and yarns of all kinds. Still working on that book thing. Mmmmmbook thing (not the children's book, mind, just the technical manual in lay terms project that's been going on since the summer... it's going to be a while before it gets finished, sorry).

2: Anything equine -- doesn't matter what, I'll love it to death.

3: Anything Who -- it's a childhood addiction. Those are hard to shake off. See 1 and 2 for other childhood addictions.

4: eBay... Yeah. I guess it's a guilty pleasure... what the heck is a guilty pleasure, anyway? I don't feel guilty about anything I do for fun :P

5: Sleeping -- HA! I bet none of you saw this one coming :P When I actually manage a deep sleep and wake up refreshed even though I've got a million things on the back burners just so I can sleep... that's definitely a guilty pleasure. I do sort of feel guilty about sleeping when I have work to do but... if I didn't sleep, I'd keel over. So it's justified in the end.

I don't tag. Take that!

Hi This is ilea the mod from artcardexchange. You opted in for last month's round (http://www.livejournal.com/community/artcardexchange/8567.html) but I haven't seen a card from you and the deadline is two days past. Did you forget? If so it's ok please get your trade with arland2012 in asap. If you won't be able to do the card please let me know so I can find someone who will do the card for him. Also his card for you can be seen here (http://www.livejournal.com/community/artcardexchange/9477.html)

Oh my. I'd forgotten -- I'll get right on it. Thanks for saying something -- I've split my friends list apart into a "read every day" filter to cut back on the posts I have to sift through each day while at home. None of the arts comms are on it so it slipped my mind completely.

I have dogs so it wouldn't last for very long before being found and destroyed. I have two pelts packed away from my first two sheep, Buttercup and Blue-Spot-Dot, who both died of natural causes. Have to keep them packed away, the last pelt we were tanning ran off with the dogs and was shredded :\

We raise sheep and once in a while we have someone purchase a lamb for eating and he asks to have help killing it at our farm (because he has no where, really, to kill it in the city). In return for the help and all he usually gives us a few good bits of meat and the pelt to keep on top of the market value of the animal. He should be around again in April.

Thank you for the offer, though, I appreciate it.
