In a copse of Spooky Trees, you find a corpse. Further inspection reveals it to be the corpse of a Turtle Tamer.
You're saddened by the loss of a fellow adventurer, but not saddened enough to not take his stuff.
You acquire an item: helmet turtle
You acquire an item: scroll of turtle summoning
Well! I've figured a few things out on my own :D Yay! The Hermit Pass that you can purchase at the market let's you go see the Hermit by the mountain. He likes worthless gewgaws -- in return, he'll let you pick from a list of things he has to take in exchange.
You can get worthless gewgaws from the sewer -- you have to purchase gum on a string from the market in order to fish stuff out.
The Dolphin King's map can be obtained from the Haunted Pantry -- he's... uhm... a can of tuna ^^; You need to purchase a snorkle from the market then equip it to yourself to be able to use the map.
The (I don't remember the name of it) map can be found in the Spooky Forest. In order to use it, you need a spooky sapling and spray fertilizer (also from the forest).
Something else you can get from the Forest? Mosquito larva!! :D Perfect for incubating in your Familiar-Gro™ Terrarium (purchase from the Market for 500 meat and put at your campsite then click 'use' under the larva) ... I have a familiar :D :D :D
