I get to share the loft apartment with three other people -- two large off-to-the-side bedrooms for two people, bath in each large bedroom.
Not too shabby, really. Back home, I'm used to rent for a HOUSE to be $300 a month with utilities included, so yeah ^^; (*cough* that was, of course, until the developers moved in and are renting *new* cracker-jack houses to newbies in the area for $600, low-end, and $1000, high-end, a month without utilities -_-; )
